The class times will be for classroom portion at 0800-until sunset on Saturday and 0830-1500 on Sunday.
Carrying a gun is one thing; being able to seamlessly integrate unarmed combatives with your shooting technique is something altogether different. Based on the curriculum detailed in my bestselling book, gunFight! – An Integrated Approach to Shooting and Fighting in Close Quarters, this course picks up where most shooting courses leave off.
The emphasis is not on shooting but rather fighting with your gun. In this course, close quarter shooting theory and technique is combined with elements from our Unarmed Combatives and Firearm Retention and Disarming courses.
We are honored to be joined by Tom Flint of Kinetic Combatives, a UK-based training company, to team teach this course. This is a unique training opportunity that goes beyond the typical “draw and shoot” methodology so commonly taught. This course will help take your firearms training to the next level.
This an advanced course, safety skills and marksmanship ability are prerequisites.
